The Oblong Pad Eye Anchor is made out of Stainless Steel and has a working weight of 600 lbs.
Perfect for 2x4's. The anchor plate and the screws are made out of stainless steel so you can keep it outside year round with out rusting.
The Anchor Mount also includes 1 Carabiner to easily attach your Elastic Trainer, Suspension Straps, Body-weight trainer, Punching Bag, Swing set, etc.
The anchor system comes with one anchor plate, two 2-1/2” screws (including 1 spare screw).
The long drive bit is included. If yo are installing it over sheet rock you will need a stud finder to find the center of the beam.
